When trying to recover a file from email by double clicking on the attached file this message may appear.
This is most likely a problem with the email package.
Save the file to the desktop. Then double click on it. If that fails then drag and drop the file onto Candy. That in effect will do only the Candy part of the “double click”. But MUST save to desk top – can’t drag direct from email package.
Save to desktop – then use “Recover from File” (right click in job manager, choose backup/recover then recover, then ‘from file”). Navigate to your desktop and find the file.
